Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
HYHA Travel Hockey
Tryout fees and registration deposits for Travel Hockey Programs are non-refundable under all circumstances. Tuition refund requests will be considered only in cases of illness or injury that prevent the player from participating in ice hockey for the remainder of the season. Requests must be submitted in writing to the HYHA Board of Directors and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation verifying the illness or injury must accompany the request. Refunds will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to: Players leaving HYHA to join another organization, whether hockey-related or otherwise; Players opting to play for a high school team; Dissatisfaction or issues with coaches, teammates, ice officials, or leagues. If approved, the refund amount will be prorated and will not exceed 50% of the tuition paid to HYHA. The issuance of an approved refund may be subject to the availability of program funds. All refund requests and supporting documentation must be submitted in writing to the HYHA Board of Directors for consideration.
